These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Puff (the "App") provided by Kirill Shumakov ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 years old if in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. The Service

The App allows you to:

• Track personal and shared expenses.
• Create and manage monthly budgets and trips.
• Capture expenses via voice input processed by AI.
• Share budgets with friends and family.
• View analytics about your spending.

The App is provided as a service, not a product, and is licensed (not sold) to you. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Your Account

To use the App, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:
